Web Design Pricing!
Pricing* is based on the individual needs and design wishes of the customer.
We charge by the page with "basic" Websites beginning at $50 per page**.
A 50% downpayment is due upon agreement of work to be completed. A non-binding cost estimate will be prepared followed by a binding contract before any work begins. The remainder will be due when the Website is ready to launch on the customer's domain.
Any changes in the initial contracted work will change the total amount due, and a change request will be sent to the customer requiring written approval before the additional work is completed. (Minor changes after launch due to broken links or typos will be included in the initial contract).
Price List:
Each page with extension *.html = $50 Each
Each page with extension *.css = $50 Each
Specialized menus = $50 each menu
Design work outside of page design (i.e., Logos) = $50/hour
Extra services = $50 hour
Maintenance of your site can be accommodated on a per incident flat fee or a monthly maintenance account. If you only have a few changes once in a while, the flat fee program would be the most cost effective. If you have many changes an a regular basis, the monthly maintenance contract will be the most cost effective.
•Flat Rate: $50.00 per incident per page. (For Example, if you have 3 changes on 1 page, that would be $150.00, or 1 change on 3 different pages would be $150.00). Payment for changes or updates will be expected prior to changes being posted to your site.***
•Contract Rate: $50.00 per hour with a $100.00 minimum. This is a monthly fee whether changes are made to the site or not. If maintenance exceeds 2 hours, the actual hours spent will be billed. Payment for changes or updates will be expected prior to changes being posted to your site. ***
How we keep our prices low...
We have no overhead, fancy offices, or expensive equipment. We are a small company with one designer.
*Please note that the going rate for Website design begins at $75 per page and goes up from there.
**Prices vary and may change without notice. This maintenance contract does not include significant changes to the site, like changing the logo or changing color schemes or adding pages. It includes such things as updating links or content to existing pages.
